Châteaux & Sancerre
Wednesday 21st to Tuesday 27th May 2008

On this motorcycle tour we shall visit the fabulous chateaux of the Loire and Cher regions as shown alongside, giving you plenty of time to explore each one.

During our stay in Sancerre we shall visit a local "cave" for a tasting of the fine wine that this region is renowned for.

This will be a fully escorted bike trip from the moment you arrive at the port of Dieppe (or agreed meeting point). It will be run at a leisurely / moderate pace and with a maximum of fourteen bikes. The routes have been extensively researched and as we use a tried & tested “drop-off” marker system with a tail-end rider there is no need for you to refer to road books.

We will stay in small, independent hotels – some with swimming pools – and your luggage will be transported in our back-up van for your comfort.

Price: £565 per person – includes:-

• Experienced British guides throughout the trip – who speak French !
• Hotel accommodation with breakfasts for 6 nights in a shared room with en-suite facilities *
• Evening meals with wine on 4 nights
• Entry to all châteaux and and a wine tasting at Sancerre
• Transportation of luggage whilst in France

Price does not include:-

• Ferry crossing
• Evening meals on 2 nights in Sancerre

* Single room supplement £150

A deposit of £95 per person is payable upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
