If you wish to cancel an on-road or off-road short break booking the following cancellation charges will apply:

• You should ensure you have suitable travel insurance to provide cover in the event of cancellation of your booking, including, for off road riding, cancellation due to adverse weather conditions.


• In the event that we have to cancel a booking other than in circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and either offer an alternative date or a full refund.


• Compensation will not be given in the event of cancellation due to "force majeure" events (e.g. war, threat of war, terrorist activity, natural disasters etc) or in the event we have to cancel because you have not paid the balance of the booking cost.


• If we decide that adverse weather conditions render a whole day's riding unsafe we will refund £30 per person for each full day affected.


• If your homeward journey is delayed/cancelled it will be your responsibility to arrange overnight accommodation if necessary.
