Please check availability with us, then complete and return a booking form. A deposit of £50 per person is payable upon booking. We shall send out a booking confirmation and the balance must be paid six weeks in advance of arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking. If the booking is made within six weeks of arrival then the whole amount will be required at the time of booking.

If your outward journey is delayed/cancelled we will endeavour to reschedule your booking.

We do not have a problem if you wish to transfer a booking to another person - just let us know in advance.

The preferred method of payment is into our bank account by prior arrangement, however in certain circumstances we will accept cash upon arrival.

Incidentals can be settled in Euro's while at Le Champ Massé.
